Agreement
By using vakaricreative.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site. The Site is operated by Vakari Creative LLC ("Vakari," "we," "us").
What we do
Vakari provides marketing services for home-service businesses — Meta advertising systems, CRM setup, and lead-response automation. Content on the Site is informational. Results described on the Site reflect real client engagements, but they are not a guarantee: advertising outcomes vary with market, budget, offer, and how a business handles its leads.
Client engagements
Paid engagements — including the Blueprint — are governed by the agreement, proposal, or invoice terms for that engagement. These Site terms don't replace or modify them.
Text messaging program
Submitting our contact form with your phone number enrolls you in Vakari's lead follow-up texting for your inquiry:
- Messages are about your inquiry and our follow-up — message frequency varies.
- Message and data rates may apply, per your carrier plan.
- Reply STOP to cancel at any time, or HELP for help (or email [email protected]).
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the Site: no false or automated form submissions, no attempts to disrupt or probe the Site or its infrastructure, and no scraping that ignores our robots directives.
Intellectual property
The Site and its content — copy, design, graphics, and code — belong to Vakari Creative LLC. You may not reproduce or reuse them commercially without our written permission.
Disclaimers
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vakari is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for claims relating to the Site is capped at one hundred US dollars ($100).
Third-party services
The Site links to and integrates with third-party services (hosting, analytics, CRM, messaging). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, USA, without regard to conflict of law rules.
Changes
We may update these terms; the current version will always live at this page with its effective date.
