Who we are
Vakari Creative LLC ("Vakari," "we," "us") is a marketing agency that builds Meta advertising systems, CRM setups, and speed-to-lead automation for home-service businesses. This policy covers vakaricreative.com and the ways we handle information you share with us through it. Questions any time: [email protected].
Information we collect
- Contact form. When you submit our form we collect your name, phone number, email address, business or trade, and anything you write in the message field.
- Approximate location. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) supplies the approximate city, state, and ZIP associated with your network connection at the moment you submit. We attach it to your inquiry so we understand your service area — it is network-level and approximate, not GPS.
- Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 and Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand site traffic — pages viewed, referrer, device and browser type, and approximate location. Cloudflare Web Analytics is cookieless and privacy-first.
- What we don't collect. No payment information is collected through this site, and we don't run third-party advertising trackers on it.
How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiry and prepare recommendations for your business.
- To provide and improve our services.
- To contact you about your inquiry by phone, email, and — with your consent — text message.
- To understand how the site is used so we can make it better.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party marketing unrelated to your inquiry.
Text messaging (SMS)
When you submit our contact form with your phone number, you consent to receive text messages from Vakari Creative about your inquiry — including an automated initial reply. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help (or email [email protected]).
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
How we share information
We share your information only with the service providers that run our stack, and only so they can provide their service to us:
- Cloudflare — website hosting and delivery.
- Resend — transactional email delivery of new-inquiry alerts.
- HighLevel (LeadConnector) — our CRM and messaging platform.
- Google — analytics, as described above.
We may also disclose information if required by law. We never sell it, and the SMS commitments above apply regardless.
Retention
We keep inquiry information for as long as it's needed to handle your inquiry or maintain our relationship with your business, then delete it. You can request deletion sooner at any time.
Your choices
- Request a copy, correction, or deletion of your information by emailing us.
- Opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP.
- Block or limit analytics with standard browser tools — the site works fine without them.
Children
This site is for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll post the updated version here with a new effective date.
